Simply view the Custom Order Form, print, and complete it. When you are satisfied with your medication choices, Fax the form to the number provided and production will begin. Simple!

Tips
on Preparing Your Label Sets
1.
Design your sets based on surgical service, ie. Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac
etc...
2.
Will you use color labels, or black-on-white?
3.
If you need 20 labels for 1 surgical service, consider designing
2 packages of 10 labels. You can design your packages with
the most common meds in pack #1 and least common meds in pack #2.
This can avoid waste as we typically only use a few medications per procedure.
4.
Try to avoid the need to write on blank labels. This will help avoid
medication errors and medication wastage when you can not read , or mis-read,
someone else's hand writing.
5.
To comply with standards, we recommend that you include drug dosages and
generic medication names on your labels.
6.
Due to increased production time, as is with any custom ordered product,
it is best to order 2 boxes of each set for your first order. Re-order
when 1 of those boxes is empty.
7.
Consider ordering a box of our generic/ standard PharmaTags to get you
labeling now while you wait for your custom oredered PharmaTags to arrive.
